Making documentary films can be a very lonely struggle sometimes.
That's why workshops such as the IDFAcademy Summer School are so great. And necessary.
Because you get to realize that there are other people around the world in the same fight.
That you are not alone. And you make new friends. Interesting ones.
With amazing stories to tell. And you feel some kind of unity.
Solidarity maybe.
Yes, and you learn tons of new stuff.
Like your head is a parachute. Wide open.
Fresh air.
