The less than 10 minute film features Hollywood’s beloved British actor Benedict Cumberbatch. This time he plays two characters – two identical twins. One of them, who leads a really successful life, has a career and a nice family, finds out he has a brain tumor. Another, however, is less fortunate. But their destiny is about to change.
