Vytautas and advertising agency Superior from Lithuania have released this hysterical video spot recently.

The commercial promotes mineral water that will help you to bounce back. It features a patient in a coma. His clever friend attaches a drip to Vytautas, filled with healthy minerals. A miracle happens and the patient rises from the almost dead! Something else also erects and at that perfect timing a nurse comes in. Then the video takes such a twist, you won’t even believe it!
